BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
A 20% deposit is required to confirm
booking and the balance is payable any time before departure.
CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- MORE THAN 30 DAYS : full refund
of trip price.
- LESS THAN 30 DAYS: refund of trip
price less the 20% deposit unless another person is found to take your place.
We reserve the right to make changes should any unforeseen or exceptional
circumstances arise ( airplane breakdown, weather etc). In the event a trip
needs to be posponed a few days for the above reasons and the delay is unacceptable
for you or if the trip is cancelled because of an airplane breakdown and no
other equivalent airplane is available you would get a full refund of the
trip price.
PRICES: can be subject to
last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances ( gasoline, insurance, etc)
that would increase the club airplane rental rates over which we have no control.
